Studio
colla designs interiors and products for indoors and outdoors, 3D printed in ceramic and polymer. We bring materials, techniques and people together.
We work with robots and 3D printers, but every piece goes through someone's hands before leaving the workshop. Computational design lets us make one-offs at the cost of a series; craft knowledge makes them good to touch.

Process
- 1
Computational design
We design with algorithms. Form comes from parameters such as light, use and structure, and every piece can be different.
- 2
Robotic printing
Robotic arms and 3D printers lay down ceramic or polymer layer by layer, without moulds.
- 3
Finished by hand
Firing, glazing, finishing and assembly happen in our workshop, by hand.

Ceramic
Printed clays and stoneware, kiln fired. For cladding, vases, lamps and outdoor pieces.

Polymer
Polymers, recycled too, printed in large format. For furniture, panels and light objects.
